Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients are 18 years of age or older; 2.Patients are hospitalized with an indwelling PICC during the study period; 3.Patients (or caregivers) are aware and can communicate effectively; 4.Patients (or their families) volunteered to participate and signed informed consent; 5.Nurse: An in-service nurse of the hospital who provides PICC care to hospitalized patients in the ward;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are allergic to various skin disinfectants; 2.Patients with failed PICC placement; 3.Nurse: A nurse who is not on duty due to sick leave, personal leave, etc and production practice, teaching practice, advanced study, specialist training and other non-hospital nurses;
