Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) parents of children who are 6-12 years old; (2) being the main caregiver of children (living with children); (3) the children have no restrictions of physical mobilities; (4) the children have no sleep disorders/cognitive disorders or psychiatric diseases; (5) parents have sufficient language skills of Chinese; (6) parents have access to the internet using a smartphone/computer/laptop.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) not the main caregiver of children; (2) children have restrictions of physical mobilities; (3) children have sleep/cognition/psychiatric-related disorders/diseases; (4) do not complete the written informed consent form.
