Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-75 years old; 2.OHCA witnessed by eyewitnesses; 3.Early first-aid patients performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and no blood flow time (CA to CPR time) was less than 5 minutes; 4.The initial heart rate was VF/pVT; 5. The cause of cardiac arrest is expected to be reversible; 6.The patient authorizes the client to sign the informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Under 18 years of age or over 75 years of age,; 2.Known CPC score >3 before CA,; 3.Patients who do not have the conditions to complete femoral artery and vein catheterization; 4.Known or suspected pregnancy; 5.End-stage diseases, such as patients with malignant tumors, end-stage liver disease, kidney disease, severe heart failure (New York Heart Association dish or IV) or severe COPD(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Global Obstructive Pulmonary Initiative standard is grade III or IV), ARDS, etc. 6.There are anticoagulation contraindications, such as active gastrointestinal or internal bleeding, aortic dissection, subarachnoid hemorrhage, severe trauma, etc. 7.Estimated low blood flow time (from CA to ECMO initiation time)>60min; There are two of the following scenarios. ETCO 18 mmol/L;
