18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age ranged from 18 to 80 years old, gender not limited; 2.After hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining, FFPE samples diagnosed by pathologists as pre-cancerous lesions or gastric cancer; 3.FFPE samples of gastric cancer include early gastric cancer or advanced gastric cancer, where early gastric cancer lesions are limited to the mucosa. 4.The pathological types of early gastric cancer included high-grade intra-epithelial neoplasia or intra-mucosal carcinoma;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The results of pathological diagnosis did not include FFPE samples of the above lesion types; 2.Patients with other malignant tumors or who have received/are receiving anti-tumor treatment; 3.Pregnant women or women planning to become pregnant; 4.Patients with active H. pylori infection/extensive mucosal congestion; 5.Being treated for eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection; 6.Patients with acute gastric mucosal lesions;
