Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age greater than or equal to 60 years old; Admitting patients for diagnosis and treatment; Diagnostic criteria for acute myeloid leukemia: The diagnostic criteria for acute myeloid leukemia refer to the ''Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia (Non Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia) (2021 Edition)'' and the WHO 2022 Hematopoietic and Lymphatic Tissue Tumor Classification Standards. A peripheral blood or bone marrow primitive cell count of >= 20% is a necessary condition for the diagnosis of AML, But when patients are confirmed to have clonal reproducibility cytogenetic abnormalities, such as t (8; 21) (q22; q22), inv (16) (p13q22) or t (16; 16) (p13; q22), as well as t (15; 17) (q22; q12), even if the original cells are less than 20%, diagnosis should still be made.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Outpatient diagnosis of elderly patients who have not been admitted to the hospital; Patients with active second tumors present during diagnosis.
