Binge eating disorder

Interventions

Moderate intensity aerobic exercise group:8 weeks of moderate intensity aerobic exercise, continuous exercise maintaining 40-59%HHR in each training. The amount of exercise increases gradually. Heart
High intensity aerobic exercise group:8 weeks of high-intensity aerobic exercise, repeating interval exercise first with 60-89% HHR exercise for 4 minutes, then with 40-59% HHR exercise for 3 minutes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) female college students aged 18-25 in Beijing, who are willing and able to take part in the study; (2) BES score > 17; (3) irregular exercise experience (more than 3 times per week, more than 30 minutes per exercise) ; (4) the results of PAR-Q + (physical activity preparation questionnaire) were suitable for physical exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with contraindications to exercise testing, severe cerebrovascular disease, musculoskeletal abnormalities, and other chronic conditions such as hypertension or diabetes; (2) participating in other exercise intervention experiments in the past 3 months; (3) patients with anorexia nervosa who will engage in inappropriate compensatory behaviors to prevent weight gain after overeating, such as intermittent fasting, excessive exercise, induced vomiting, abuse of diuretics, laxatives, appetite suppressants, metabolic acceleration drugs, Prades Wiley syndrome, depression and other mental disorders; (4) receiving medication and psychological treatment for BED.
