Interventions

Control group:Intravenous injection of equal volume of normal saline 10 minutes before anesthesia induction
Test group:intravenous injection glycopyrrolate 6ug/kg 10 minutes before anesthesia induction

19 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients at high risk of developing PPCs in the respiratory risk score of ARISCAT Catalan surgical patients, 2.ASA physical status I-III, 3.Aged>18 years, 4.Patients without severe systemic diseases before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI>35kg/m^2 or <18kg/m^2, 2. Patients who have undergone chest surgery, 3. Patients with thoracic deformities, 4. Patients with severe systemic diseases before surgery, 5. Glaucoma, urinary tract obstruction, intestinal obstruction, myasthenia gravis, allergies to glycopyrronium bromide.
