12 Years to 24 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the criteria of DSM-5 for major depressive disorder (MDD); 2.A total score =17 on HAMD-17; 3.A total score of the HCL-32=6; 7.No other physical therapy (electroconvulsive therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation) within 6 months; 8.Agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with mental illness other than depression; 2.A history of severe suicidal or self-injurious behavior; 3.A history of neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson disease; 4.A combination of serious physical, infectious, or immune system disorders; 5.A history of organic brain disease, history of external brain injury, or history of surgery; 6.Persons with drug dependence or alcohol dependence within one year; 7.History of previous seizures;
