18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >18 years; 2.Sepsis 3.0 defined diagnostic criteria: positive or suspected infection, and Sequential Organ Failure Score (SOFA) >=2 caused by infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, hematopoietic diseases and immunodeficiency diseases; 2. Those who have used radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunosuppressive agents within six months.
