Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the clinical diagnostic criteria of ML; 2.The age ranged from 3 to 14 years; 3. Good treatment compliance, cooperation with examination and follow-up; 4. Informed consent was signed by parents of children.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of antibiotics, microecological agents, and other drugs affecting the gut microbiota within the past 2 weeks. 2. Allergic constitutions, especially those with previous allergies to probiotic components such as Bifidobacterium infantis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Enterococcus faecalis, and Bacillus cereus. 3.Abdominal pain caused by other digestive system diseases, appendicitis and other reasons.
