Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged from 18 to 90 years; 2, patients who need radial artery puncture; 3, patients who can reach the radial artery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients 90 years old; 2. Pregnant or lactating patients; 3. Patients with shock; 4. Patients requiring radial forearm flap resection; 5. Patients with positive modified Allen test; 6, patients with radial artery catheterization in the past 30 days; 7. Patients with coagulopathy; 8. Patients with local infection or skin lesions; 9, patients with severe cardiac or respiratory disease
