Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing hip fracture surgery under neuraxial anesthesia, regardless of gender; 2. Be older than 65 years old; 3. ASA grade I.-III., and the patient's organ function is not obvious; 4. Patient signs informed consent; 5. Good preoperative cognitive condition; 6. The surgery is done by the same anesthesia and surgical team.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient is unable to sign the consent form or refuses to participate; 2. Previous history of cognitive impairment; 3. Those who cannot cooperate with the completion of the cognitive function test; 4. Patients who are delirious, have psychiatric illness or substance use disorder at the time of initial evaluation; 5. Hepatic encephalopathy with stage III.-IV before surgery; 6. Patients with contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia who are unable to perform such anesthesia.
