65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Any gender, age >= 65 years old; 2.ASA II-III; 3.Elective knee replacement; 4.Obtain written informed consent from patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are unable to complete baseline cognitive assessment or have a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score <24; 2.Preoperative use of central nervous system (CNS) drugs; 3.Previous sensory impairment; 4.Have had joint surgery on the affected joint; 5.Revision surgery was performed after surgery; 6.Preoperative hemoglobin reached anemia standard.
