14 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient is aged 14-65 years; (2) Fresh unilateral closed femoral neck fracture without injury to other parts; (3) No systemic or local infectious diseases; (4) Normal function of both hips before fracture; (5) Postoperative follow-up for at least 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with necrosis of the femoral head, severe osteoarthritis, and abnormal hip joint development on the affected side; (2) Patients with multiple fractures; (3) Alcoholism and long-term use of glucocorticoids; (4) Patients with severe internal diseases, autoimmune diseases, and hematologic diseases; (5) Cognitive impairment; (6) Patients with abnormal muscle strength of both lower limbs or nerve damage caused by various reasons; (7) Pathological or old femoral neck fracture (injury more than 3 weeks).
