Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult male or female aged 18-75; 2) Patients receiving kidney transplantation; 3) Patients with renal puncture samples are preferred, if not, peripheral blood or urine samples can be provided; 4) Have not used Sirolimus before; 5) Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with polycystic kidney disease; 2) Patients with multiple organ transplantation; 3) Patients who are previously allergic to Sirolimus and its derivatives; 4) Best medical management of refractory hyperlipidemia: cholesterol (TG) >300 mg/dL; triglyceride(TC) >350 mg/dL; 5) Patients with severe systemic or local infections; 6) Patients with known HIV infection; 7) Platelets less than 75,000 / m3; 8) Drugs that affect the accuracy of creatinine detection should not be used before and during enrollment, such as calcium isobenesulfonate capsules and phenylethylamine;
