18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-90 years old; 2. Diagnosis of bile duct stricture in Peking Union Medical College Hospital (by ultrasonic, CT, MRI, MRCP, or endoscopic diagnosis). 3. With endoscopic samples retained, including brush samples, biopsy samples, and bile specimens.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient or family was unable to understand the conditions and objectives of the study. 2. Failure to make a definite diagnosis in our hospital and loss to follow-up.
