Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the ICU of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from June 2022 to June 2024; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Meets the Sepsis3.0 diagnostic criteria jointly released bySCCM and ESICM in 2016. 4. According to the AKI diagnostic criteria of KDIGO, AKI can be diagnosed if one of the following criteria is met: (1) An absolute increase in serum creatinine level of >= 26.5umol/L (0.3 mg/dL) within 48 hours; (2) Within 7 days, serum creatinine increased by 1.5 times compared to baseline; (3) Continuous urine output<0.5ml/kg/h for more than 6 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Data missing; 2. Age under 18 years old; 3. Pregnancy; 4. End stage renal disease with a history of dialysis; 5. Kidney transplantation, nephrectomy; 6. Malignant tumors; 7. CRRT time is less than 12 hours.
