OFA group without opioid anesthesia group:Dexmedetomidine was given intravenously 0.5ug/kg over 10min. Anesthesia induce with Propofol 1.5-2.5mg/kg, lidocaine 1.5mg/kg, remazolam 0.1mg/kg, rocuronium
OFA group with opioid anesthesia group:Patients in the OA group received propofol 1.5-2.5mg/kg, remazolam 0.1mg/kg, rocuronium 0.6mg/kg, sulfentanil 0.3ug/kg for induction. Remifentanil 0.15ug/kg/min

65 Years to 120 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA grade 1-3; (2) Age greater than 60 years old; (3) Undergo elective laparoscopic abdominal surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe bradycardia, heart rate 180mmHg and diastolic blood pressure > 100mmHg at rest; 3. Patients with severe cardiac dysfunction, EF <35%; 4. Patients with severe liver function abnormalities, Child-Pugh grade C; 5. Patients with a history of chronic pain and oral sedation and analgesic drugs; 6. Patients who are allergic to any of the study medications; 7. and patients who are unable to understand VAS scores and related scales.
