Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke established by the 2019 Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference of the Chinese Medical Association Neurology Section; 2.First-time, unilateral onset confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 3.Vital signs are stable, consciousness is clear, and the score on the simple mental state examination (MMSE) is >=26 points; 4.Patients with subacute and chronic stroke with a disease duration of more than 1 month; 5.Patients with standing balance >=grade 1; 6.No cranial defect or repair; 7.No obvious cerebral edema and cerebral atrophy; 8.Patients who were aware of and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of organic brain disease or mental illness; 2.Progressive stroke; 3.History of severe visceral diseases or tumors; 4.Anti-spasticity drugs in the last month or botulinum toxin and other nerve blocks in the previous 6 months; 5.Other lower limb diseases that may affect the balance of determination, such as recent bone fracture, peripheral nerve injuries, deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs, etc; 6.The patient's family members do not sign the informed consent; 7.Accompanied by coronary artery disease or Other heart diseases; 8.Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure higher than 160mmHg, diastolic blood pressure higher than 100mmHg).
