Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 65 years old; 2.Patients underwent gastroenteric tumor surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Postoperative length of stay <= 3 days; 2.Preoperative neuropsychiatric disorders; 3.Incomplet data; 4.postoperative death.
