Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=65 years; 2. Patients with informed consent and voluntary participation in clinical trials; 3. Patients with low-energy injury intertrochanteric fracture within two weeks before surgery; 4. Those who meet the following conditions at the time of admission: (1) Treatment with brachycephalic nails; (2) 2007 AO/OTA classification A1.1-A2.3 patients or Chang classification A1.3-A2.4 patients; (3) single fracture; (4) follow-up for more than 12 months; 5. Able to understand and cooperate with the implementation of various routine postoperative care; 6. Patients who can regularly visit the outpatient clinic for re-examination after surgery and cooperate with data collection; 7. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients treated conservatively; 2. Patients with cognitive dysfunction, difficulty in cooperating with follow-up treatment and poor compliance; 3. Patients with simple greater trochanteric fracture; 4. Intertrochanteric fracture and subtrochanteric fracture; 5. Patients who cannot walk before surgery; 6. Pathological fractures caused by osteosarcoma, multiple myeloma and other reasons; 7. Patients with femoral neck fracture or other multiple fractures or multiple injuries; 8. Bilateral intertrochanteric fractures; 9. Old fractures or hip surgery for revision; 10. Patients with open fractures; 11. Currently participating in other clinical trials; 12. Other conditions that the investigator considers unsuitable for enrollment in this study.
