Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >= 60 years old; Diagnosed as MCI by experienced medical personnel, meeting the diagnostic criteria for MCI in the 2018 Chinese Dementia and Cognitive Impairment Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines; Diagnosed with insomnia by experienced medical personnel, meeting the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in the 2017 edition of the Chinese Adult Insomnia Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines; Having an IOS or Android operating system phone and being proficient in using it; Clear consciousness and ability to communicate normally with others; Voluntarily accepted this interview after being informed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of other sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea or restless legs syndrome. Diagnosis of normal cognition or dementia. Suicidal ideation. Current treatment for insomnia symptoms, including psychotherapy or medication. History of schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders. Severe physical mobility issues, communication disorders, visual impairment, or hearing impairment.
