Interventions

Intervention group:Subjects received 4 interventions, with an interval of 7 days between each intervention. Specific intervention options are as follows: (1) Low-intensity running: low-intensity runni
(2) The dominant side of BFR combined with low-intensity running: low-intensity running training under BFR was adopted, the speed was 8km/h, and the dominant leg was carried out at 50% AOP for 10min
(3) BFR combined with low-intensity running on the non-dominant side: low-intensity running training under BFR was used at a speed of 8km/h, and the non-dominant leg was performed at 50% AOP for 10min
(4) High-intensity running: Adopt high-intensity running training with a speed of 9.72km/h for 10min.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Basketball Division II athletes aged 18-35 years old, male; (2) no previous history of Achilles tendon pain, Achilles tendon injury, or severe trauma to the lower extremities; (3) voluntary participation, and cooperation with evaluation and athletic training as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of hypertension, heart disease, diabetes mellitus, hypercholesterolemia, and neuromuscular disease; (2) contraindications to blood flow restriction such as deep vein thrombosis or vascular lesions in the lower extremities; and (3) taking any medications or foods such as quinolones or corticosteroids that may affect the results of this experiment.
