Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed and dated informed consent form. 2. Commitment to comply with the study procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole study. 3. Patients aged >=18 years old who were found or suspected to have peritoneal metastatic cancer requiring definitive pathologic diagnosis by imaging (US, CT or MRI or PET-CT, etc.). 4. Patients without other explicit definitive biopsy lesions and puncture pathways.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Positive routine abdominal puncture; 2.Inability or refusal to sign the informed consent; 3. those who cannot tolerate endoscopy because of unstable vital signs and severe cardiopulmonary diseases; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Coagulation disorders: platelet count 1.5 (normal value 0.8-1.5); 6. History of psychiatric disorders.
