Age
65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=65 years old; 2.ASA physical status I-III; 3.Scheduled to undergo surgical treatment of hip fractures and intraspinal anesthesia; 4.Preoperative cognitive function assessment is normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction or severe immune system disease; 2.Had a history of stroke or any other central nervous system disease within 6 months; 3.Had a history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinsonism, myasthenia gravis or other mental illness; 4.Alcoholism or history of psychotropic substance dependence; 5.Inability to communicate because of severe visual, auditory or verbal problems; 6.Refused to participate in the study.
