18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The diagnosis meets the IgG4-RD comprehensive diagnostic criteria formulated by Japan in 2012, the updated IgG4-RD comprehensive diagnostic criteria in 2020, or the IgG4-RD international classification criteria jointly formulated by ACR and EULAR in 2019; 2) The patient has complete clinical and pathological data; 3) Male or female, age > = 18 years old and < = 80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with other rheumatic diseases such as ANCA-associated vasculitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjögren's syndrome, etc.; 2) other diseases that can cause elevated serum IgG4; 3) patients with undiagnosed IgG4-RD (including suspected diagnosis or pending exclusion); 4) Patients with incomplete clinical data.
