Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-45 years and in good physical condition; No obvious diseases of the brain, heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, blood, etc.; Those who do not take long-term medication; Body mass index (BMI) is within the normal range; Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with severe metabolic diseases; People with severe chronic infections; Those who clearly know that they took nutritional supplements, hormones, drugs, such as various vitamins, minerals, etc. before the investigation; pregnant and lactating women; Smokers and alcoholics.
