2 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 2-18 years old; (2) Gender is not limited; (3) Patients with a definite diagnosis of childhood autism, in line with the Autism Diagnostic Interview Revised (ADI-R) and DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition; APA2013); (4) No previous transplantation of washing flora; (5) Cooperate with the examination and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have taken antibiotics or probiotics 1 month before receiving WMT treatment; (2) Diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal tumors, celiac disease and other gastrointestinal diseases that require urgent treatment; (3) Diagnosed with severe heart, brain, lung, liver, or kidney disease.
