Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ultrasound bone densitometry T-value <=-1, -2.5< T-value <=-1 for osteomass and T-value <=-2.5 for osteoporosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; People with physical disabilities or mental disorders; Those who could not fully participate in health management for one year; Those who did not provide written informed consent.
