Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Gender is not limited, and the basic physical condition is good; 2) The initial diagnosis is confirmed by MRI as unilateral or bilateral ADDWoR. On the MRI image, the articular disc is located in front of the condyle at the closed position and the maximum opening position; 3) The mouth opening is less than 35mm; 4) The course of disease is less than 3 months; 5) According to the DC/TMD standard, it is clinically diagnosed as irreversible anterior articular disc displacement, such as medical history or chief complaint of mandibular locking or jamming, currently with joint locking, limited opening, affecting eating; 6) Understand and accept the content of this study, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Poor MRI image quality, including blurred images, incorrect head position, etc., which does not meet the evaluation requirements, and the patient disagrees to retake the MRI; 2) After detailed inquiry into the medical history, patients have congenital developmental malformations, TMJ infections, maxillofacial trauma, autoimmune diseases such as rheumatic rheumatoid arthritis, and other diseases that may affect the growth and development of the jaw; 3) Have relatively serious systemic diseases, special drug allergy history; 4) Have special intraoral diseases that cannot receive corresponding treatment.
