Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 16~65 years old; 2.Han and Sinicized minorities, right-handed, junior high school or above education level; 3. Informed consent to participate in the study (and signed the informed consent form); Healthy participants should meet the above criteria. In addition to the above criteria, patients with GAD need to meet: 4. This episode meets the diagnostic criteria for DSM-5 GAD disorder; the total score of HAMA was 14. In addition to the above criteria, patients with social anxiety disorder should meet: 4. This episode meets the diagnostic criteria for DSM-5 social anxiety disorder; the total LSAS score was 38. In addition to the above criteria, patients with specific phobias also need to meet: 4. Meeting the DSM-5 specific phobia diagnostic criteria. In addition to meeting the above criteria, patients with depressive disorder should also meet: 4. This episode meets the diagnostic criteria for DSM-5 depressive disorder; the total score of HAMD17 was 14. In addition to the above criteria, patients with compulsive disorder should also meet: 4. This episode meets the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 compulsive disorder; the total score of Y-BOCS was 6. In addition to the above criteria, patients with panic disorder also need to meet: 4. Meeting the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for panic disorder. In addition to the above criteria, patients with physical distress disorder should meet: 4. This episode did not meet the diagnostic criteria for DSM-5 anxiety disorder spectrum; PHQ-15 score 5. In addition to meeting the above criteria, the high-risk group should also meet: 4. This episode does not meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 anxiety disorder spectrum, but has some symptoms of anxiety disorder spectrum, 5 GAD-79 or 5 PHQ-199, but does not meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 mental disorder; STAI scale trait anxiety dimension score 56; anxiety sensitivity index-3 (ASI-3) 54; patients with anxiety disorder in first-degree relatives. Healthy participants met the above 1-3 criteria and did not meet the diagnostic criteria for any DSM-5 psychiatric disorder, with 7 total points for HAMD-17 and 7 total points for HAMA total score
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neurological or major medical diseases (such as thyroid disease, lupus erythematosus, diabetes, lung, liver and kidney damage, infection, major injury, etc.); 2. Current or previous diagnosis of mental disorders other than major mental disorders other than generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, specific fear disorder, depressive disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, and somatic distress disorder; 3. Patients who are receiving hormonal drugs; 4. Pregnancy and lactation; 5. Immediate family members with bipolar disorder or mania; 6. Have received ECT treatment within the last 6 months; 7. Hearing impairment (rough test: finger twisting sound); Color blindness; 8. Other conditions that are not suitable to participate in this study, determined by the principle investigator.
