Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with the first attack of left hemisphere stroke with impaired middle cerebral artery blood supply area confirmed by ct/mri; 2) Male or female; 3) Broca area involvement; 4) The onset time was more than 2 weeks and less than or equal to 6 months; 5) Aged between 18 and 80 years; 6) The Edinburgh Handedness scale assessed right handedness; 7) Aphasia was diagnosed using WAB, and the aphasia entropy of WAB was less than 93.8; 8) The language function was normal before the onset, the mother tongue was Chinese, and the culture was above primary school; 9) Agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with other neurological diseases (Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy, anxiety, depression, etc.) or skull defects; 2) Ferromagnetic metal implants such as cochlear implants, cardiac pacemakers, insulin pumps, and metal dentures; 3) Severe cognitive impairment or dysarthria; 4) New cerebral infarction or hemorrhage occurred again during hospitalization; 5) Failure to cooperate with the test due to changes in the condition; 6) Patients with simple sensory aphasia and patients who could not cooperate to complete MRI scanning; 7) Claustrophobia; 8) Patients with speech apraxia.
