Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>=65 years; 2.Patients with orthopedic trauma treated with elective surgery; 3.BMI 18~30kg /m^2; 4.Informed consent signed by the patient or legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with audiovisual impairments, congnitive impairments, or mental disorders who are unable to complete subsequent assessments; 2. Patients taking sleeping pills; anti-anxiety drugs; anti-depressants for a long period of time; 3. Allergy to test drugs; 4. Preoperative Pittsburgh Sleepiness Quotient Index (PSQI) score greater than 7; 5. History of glaucoma; 6. Infection, scarring, or mass at the site of the stellate nerve block; 7. Limited head and neck movement; 8. Preoperative combination of Honus syndrome or phrenic or recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy; 9. Abnormal cardiac excitation conduction; 10. Myocardial infarction in the last 6 months; 11. History of moderate-to-severe craniocerebral injury or neurosurgery; 12. Abnormal coagulation, bleeding disorders; 13. Severe hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh class C); 14. Abnormal renal function (requiring renal replacement therapy).
