Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 84 patients with laparoscopic radical prostate cancer surgery in the year 2025, aged 50-75 years, ASA class I-II, complete electrocardiogram and various biochemical tests were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with preoperative comorbidities such as renal disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cardiac disease, pulmonary disease, a history of opioid allergy, substance use disorders, prolonged opioid use, sleep apnoea, and the use of analgesics within 24 hours.
