18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) be aged between 18 and 80 years; 2) be able to provide informed consent; 3) a visual analogue pain score of at least 40 points (100 is the worst pain) on 7 days a week in the past month; 4) radiographic diagnosis of OA; 5) Osteoarthritis was graded as 1-4 according to Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L) classification; 6) The symptoms occurred unilaterally

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) knee instability; 2) Visual analogue scale pain score less than 40; 3) large force line irregularity (>5°); 4) bilateral symptomatic lesions; 5) systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis, blood disorders (coagulopathy), severe cardiovascular disease, infection or immunodeficiency; 6) use of anticoagulants or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within 5 days before blood transfusion; 7) known history of anemia; 8) a recent (within 30 days) articular corticosteroid injection and treatment with hyaluronic acid within the past 6 months; 9) pregnancy or potential pregnancy
