18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age 18-65 years old; 2.Elective laparoscopic gynecological tumor resection was planned; 3.ASA grade ?-? ; 4.A body mass index of 18 to 30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 2.Abnormal ECG (e.g. prolonged QT interval); 3.Have a neuropsychiatric disorder, or a history of neurological or psychiatric disorders; 4.Patients with chronic pain, neuropathic pain and other long-term use of painkillers and alcohol abuse; 5.Patients with severe infection and advanced gynecological tumors; 6.Visual and hearing impairments and other communication difficulties.
