Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-65 years old, ASA grade I.-III., who were scheduled to undergo pancreaticoduodenectomy under general anesthesia, were randomly selected for treatment in Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Obvious abnormalities in liver function (AST or ALT> 2.5 ×upper limit of normal); 2) abnormal renal function (serum creatinine >2 mg/dl); 3) Severe cardiovascular disease; 4) allergy to the study drug; 5) Patients with low albumin level and cachexia who are prone to local anesthetic toxicity; 6) Patients with intellectual disabilities, mental disorders, and other physiological and pathological conditions that affect communication.
