Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient Group: Individuals diagnosed with one of the five degenerative eye diseases (glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, retinitis pigmentosa, amblyopia, and cataract) with no surgical intervention in either eye; normal mental status, with adequate comprehension and mobility to meet testing requirements; no concurrent ocular diseases that could affect visual function (including having two or more degenerative eye diseases, blindness, corneal diseases, retinal diseases, optic neuropathy, vitreous opacities, and color blindness or night blindness); adult male and female patients aged 18 and above; participants must be informed and provide signed consent. 2.Healthy Control Group: Individuals with no ocular diseases in either eye, normal mental status, adequate comprehension, and mobility to meet testing requirements; adult male and female participants aged 18 and above; corrected visual acuity of 0.8 or better in both eyes; participants must be informed and provide signed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient Group: Patients who withdrew from the study; those with blindness or normal vision in the contralateral eye. 2.Healthy Control Group: Patients who withdrew from the study;
