Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing hip fracture surgery under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation, including artificial femoral head replacement or total hip arthroplasty, aged 60 to 85 years, with ASA classification I to III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are allergic to local anesthetics, have abnormal coagulation test results, have severe cardiopulmonary diseases preoperatively, have liver or kidney dysfunction, are morbidly obese, have skin lesions or infections in the groin area, have chronic pain, are unable to cooperate with NRS scoring, or have a history of opioid abuse are considered unsuitable for clinical trials by the researchers.
