Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 65 years = age, gender is not limited; 18 kg/m2= body mass index =30 kg/m2; 1.Preoperative ASA grade I-III; 2.Able to understand research process and delirium assessment methods; 3.Able to communicate effectively with researchers; 4.Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia are able to accept the anesthesia strategies; 5.Patients agreed to participate in the trial, and signed a voluntary informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known or suspected allergy or contraindication to various components of the general anesthesia drug or other opioids; 2.Patients at high risk for asthma or respiratory depression, brain injury, intracranial injury, or preexisting elevated intracranial pressure, with cardiac insufficiency (NYHA class = III) , unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction; 3.People with a history of cerebrovascular disease or preoperative cognitive dysfunction. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4.People with a history of mental illness (such as depression) , long-term use of psychotropic substances or a history of substance abuse, drug use and alcohol abuse; 5.Other conditions judged unsuitable by the researchers;
