Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I~III level; 2. Surgical patients undergoing tumor resection; 3. Patients aged 18-85 years; 4. Large non-cardiac tumor surgery lasting more than 2 hours; 5. Patients with high intraoperative bleeding risk and who may require blood transfusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with open wounds or non-open wounds that have been exposed for more than 4 hours or 6 hours, respectively; 2. Blood contaminated by feces, gastric fluids, bile, and amniotic fluid, as well as infected wounds; 3. Patients with poor overall health, even those with liver or kidney dysfunction, sepsis, or septicemia.
