Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >=18 years old. New or progressive infiltrates, consolidation, or ground glass opacities on chest X-ray or CT, plus two or more of the following three clinical signs: a) fever >38?; b) purulent airway secretions; c) white blood cell count >10×10^9/L or =22 breaths/min; b) systolic blood pressure =100 mmHg; c) mental changes; Informed consent was obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HIV positive persons; Pregnant and lactating patients; Participated in any interventional clinical investigators 3 months before enrollment; Incomplete clinical data; And other conditions considered by the researchers to be unsuitable for the study; those who do not sign the informed consent form.
