Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 7 years; (2) Elective cardiac surgery under CPB; (3) ASA class I-IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined severe renal insufficiency (preoperative dialysis or preoperative creatinine value >3 mg/dL); (2) Emergency surgery; (3) Secondary cardiac surgery; (4) Preoperative use of nephrotoxic drugs; (5) Active infection (e.g., sepsis); (6) Preoperative need for extracorporeal life support; (7) Anticipated CPB minimum temperature <32°C (e.g., heart transplant, aortic arch replacement surgery); (8) Incomplete clinical data to complete statistical analysis; (9) Concurrent participation in other clinical studies that conflict with this study.
