Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2. The patient is scheduled to undergo hip or knee replacement surgery under elective general anesthesia; 3. ASA I-III; 4. There is no plan for readmission surgery within 30 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Post operative admission to ICU; 2.Those who are unwilling or unable to cooperate with the adjustment due to difficult communication, severe hearing or visual impairment; 3.Postoperative loss to follow-up; 4.Preoperative cognitive impairment; 5.Refusing to participate in the experiment; 6.The postoperative hospitalization time is less than 3 days.
