Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Age greater than 60 and less than 80 years old (2)ASA classification I-III (3)Elective laparoscopic surgery patients in Trendelenburg position (4)BMI<28 kg/m2 (5)Patients with normal preoperative arterial oxygenation, and partial pressure of carbon dioxide (6)The duration of the operation is more than 2 hours (7)Signed informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) emergency surgery, unplanned reoperation (2) contraindication of arterial catheterization (3) Severe heart, lung, liver and renal insufficiency (4) Preoperative complicated with obvious respiratory diseases, such as serious pulmonary infection, etc (5) Preoperative SpO2 = 90% or PaO2 = 60mmHg when breathing air, preoperative hemoglobin < 90g / L (6) It is expected that there is a difficult airway
