Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Disease duration 2-7 days; 2.All patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria for peripheral facial paralysis; 3.The patient signed the informed consent form and voluntarily participated in this study; 4.Age between 16 and 78 years old, gender not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Peripheral facial paralysis secondary to other diseases; 2.Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine system diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, hematopoietic system disorders or systemic organ failure, as well as psychiatric patients; 3.Pregnant or lactating women; 4.Participants in other clinical trials.
