Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients >=18 years of age undergoing colonoscopy; 2.Before enrollment, written informed consent was obtained from all subjects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Prior colon resection and known obstructive colon lesion 2. Patients undergoing chemotherapy and immunosuppression therapy 3.Patients with familial adenomatous polyposis or inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) 4.Patients with malignant tumor 5.Patients who are unable to complete a colonoscopy 6.Patients with hearing and reading disabilities
