Experimental group:Oral administration of blonanserin tablets 8 to 24 mg/day for 8 weeks
Control group:Oral administration of amisulpride tablets 400-1200 mg/day for 8 weeks

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for treatment-resistant schizophrenia; 2. Age 18-60 years old, male or female; 3. No pregnancy plan in the past 3 months and taking effective contraceptive measures; 4. Able to read and understand Chinese characters, and be able to complete the tests in this study; 5. The patient and his/her family or guardian have given informed consent to this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from serious physical diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and central nervous system; 2. Patients with current drug abuse (within the past 3 months) or substance dependence; 3.Patients who are allergic to the study drug or cannot take the drug orally; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients; 5.Those who are currently participating in other related investigators; 6.Those who have undergone MECT treatment in the last 2 months.
