18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Voluntarily participate in and cooperate with this experimental study; (2) Age 18~70 years old, ASA grade I~?; (3) The operation should be performed under endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) People suffering from severe mental illness and speech communication disorders; (2) recent or long-term use of sedatives and psychotropic drugs; (3) Patients with serious nasal disorders that affect drug absorption; (4) Patients with hypertension who do not take medication regularly; (5) Patients requiring muscle relaxant antagonists during recovery; (6) Patients with advanced heart block and/or severe cardiac insufficiency; (7) Patients with previous myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, severe arrhythmia, and cardiac insufficiency; (8) Patients with severe asthma, severe emphysema, severe bronchitis, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; (9) Patients with liver insufficiency; (10) Pregnant or lactating women (11) patients allergic to dexmedetomidine.
