Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus and non-gestational diabetes mellitus through OGTT test during pregnancy; 2. I have informed consent and signed the paper version of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had taken antibiotics and microbioactive bacteria preparations within 1 month before sampling; 2. History of diarrhea or other gastrointestinal diseases within the past 4 weeks; 3. Diagnosed with mental illness before pregnancy; 4. Patients with cirrhosis, hypertension, heart, kidney, autoimmune diseases and acute and chronic infections; 5. Incomplete clinical data or insufficient specimens.
